Concept: The Founders and Creators of the very popular London Project on Bluewaters, have taken on a new venue in Dubai Marina. The Iconic Octagon building right at the foot of the Marina Gate, overlooking the entire Marina with 3 stunning terraces is currently under construction. 4 Independent F&B venues catering for every taste. Form a modern Gastro Pup, to a high-end Italian and an Asian inspired lounge as well as a hidden Jazz Club, there will be a venue for every taste.

Focus Hospitality Consulting has been working closely with Yamjam on the interiors, provided the Kitchen, MEP and Architectural design and is managing the entire project up to handover to the client.

The venue is due to open in late 2022.
