Concept: SOL, the developer behind a number of large scale projects mainly in the field of Residential buildings, decided to enter the business of Dark Kitchens. The goal was to design and build one, if not the biggest dark Kitchens in Dubai. Over a 1000 square meter Retail unit was converted to a massive venue with over 30 kitchens on one floor. The challenges were countless but the venue opened successfully in December 2021.

Focus Hospitality Consulting provided the full design and Consultancy services to design and build the venue as per clients instructions and in line with local authority requirements.
