Scope: This property was a blue print only when Focus Hospitality Consulting was appointed for the role as Kitchen and Laundry Consultants. The 270+ Room 3 Star Hotel is located in Al Furjan behind Discovery Gardens in Jebel Ali.
Concept: Focus Hospitality Consulting has been involved from the first day and developed the entire BOH operation together with the hotel owners and operators. The project is ongoing and shall be completed by end of 2020.
The scope of Focus Hospitality Consulting is BOH Design, Waste Management Strategies and Tender process.
